Service Description
This 6-week programme will help you understand what’s happening in the adolescent brain and why logic often fails when emotions run high. You’ll learn how to respond thoughtfully instead of reacting, de-escalate tension, set boundaries without conflict, and foster trust. The goal is to replace frustration with insight and build confident, emotionally grounded relationships with teens.
